The Senior Operations Associate role is a rare opportunity to support our customers behind the scenes to provide a seamless experience and to inspire confidence in the customer journey at Guideline. We’re looking to improve our operations workflows with process improvements, scaling the business with technology and, focusing on eliminating manual work at the root. The 50+ person Operations team includes Corrections, PayrollOps, FinancialOps, ReconOps and Government filings. This role will report to the Operations Manager of our Corrections team and is available as remote in CO, FL, ME, MD, MA, NC, TX, and WA.

What You Will Work On

  • Own day to day ticketing in Salesforce supporting our customers with 401(k) administrative corrections
  • Collaborate on customer questions and active operational projects with cross functional teams
  • Support internal clients and master Guideline's core platform and workflows
  • Investigate errors to identify the cause of client issues and identify corrective actions
  • Assist the Operations team in keeping our tools, systems, and desktop procedures updated
  • Look for ways to improve processes including internal tools and partnering with R&D on product features
  • Support larger department projects such as account reconciliation while partnering with L&C to resolve

What We’re Looking For

  • Driven, has a passion for completing tickets and ensuring we hit all timeliness and quality metrics
  • Self actuating and adaptive, willing to work through problems, self prioritize and escalate as needed
  • Loves improving workflows through business systems including Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence
  • Intermediate knowledge of project management principles
  • Comfortable collaborating and working cross functionally
  • Curious, enjoys getting to the "why" and problem solving
  • Experience with basic data and analytics tools; including BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, and Data Studio
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; including vlookup, index match and pivot tables
  • Thinks about scaling with a proven track record of problem solving with tech-based solutions within R&D teams
  • Experience working third-party payroll providers
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 3+ years experience in 401(k) plan administration, preferably in compliance or EPCRS corrections required
  • 2+ years strategic program and project management experience required

Offer Package

The expected Salary Range for this position is $82000 - $109000 annually. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
