We're looking for a Head of Product Marketing to help us communicate the value of our product and fuel ongoing success for the company. In this role, you’ll own product messaging and positioning, develop product content, support the sales and growth team, partner with the product and customer success teams, and be the glue internally on all GTM communications. You’ll also collaborate closely with a lean team to launch campaigns, develop customer stories and drive the external GTM strategy for new product and/or feature launches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product messaging and positioning that demonstrates understanding of our customer personas, needs and differentiating value that sets us apart from competitors
  • Create content that illustrates the impact and value of Groundswell, including website pages, research and stats, customer stories, videos, one-pagers, and competitor analysis and more
  • Help the Sales team sell more effectively by developing competitive and enablement resources that position us strongly to prospective customers and differentiate our offerings
  • Own and iterate on our customer personas for companies of various sizes and create content that targets each persona
  • Partner with the R&D, Sales, and Customer Success teams on product and feature launches, contributing to product strategy and owning the launch components that lead to broader awareness and interest in Groundswell
  • Collaborate with the broader team and marketing consultants to launch campaigns that span web, community, social, email, ads, and other marketing channels to drive brand awareness and ultimately, more leads and demo requests
  • Develop, own and report on marketing KPIs to ensure collaborative efforts across product, growth and sales are generating demand and, ultimately, high quality leads that convert to revenue

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of product marketing within B2B SaaS, preference for HR Tech, CSR and/or the Non-Profit sector
  • Ability to demonstrate solid creative design and strong copywriting skills (i.e. ability to generate high quality content independently as well as manage outsourced resources)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Genuine passion for delivering solutions that make the world a better place
