Go Insurance is the first insurance company that was designed not for what the insurer wants, but for what the customer wants. Two friends (Kevin and Dinesh) thought there had to be a better insurance experience. They asked what if...there were no long hold times...no complicated business jargon...and you could do everything in an app. With customer satisfaction at an all time low, they figured the next great insurance brand, one that could serve all of us on our mobile phones, was the right idea for the times. Instead of building an insurer right away, they started with solving simple pain points like being able to chat instead of call, and letting you, not just your agent, make changes to your insurance.
