As a Sales Operations Manager at Gigster, you will be responsible for helping Gigster’s sales team operate with an optimal data-driven planning and execution cadence.

In doing so, you'll join a multidisciplinary team composed of individuals who are highly motivated and results-driven.

What Will You Be Doing

The core of your day will focus on working with the sales team on standard process and execution reporting measures such as dashboards and reports to facilitate tactical and strategic analysis and planning.

You will coordinate with marketing, customer success and finance on reporting and data standardization, ensuring that there is appropriate end-to-end visibility of both leading as well as lagging metrics. On a continuous basis, you will also participate in deal reviews with the sales team and company management.

In addition to being sales and operations experts, we expect our team members to continually grow their industry domain expertise and share it with others. Maintaining and building upon that expertise requires continuous coaching, training, and self development. On average, you will spend 15% of your week on such activities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and implementation of standard reporting metrics
  • Own data collection and processing for the go-to-market team
  • Own the design and implementation of sales dashboards and reports
  • Partner with technology teams on Salesforce enhancements
  • In coordination with sales leadership, own sales process design, refinement, and ensure its proper continued execution
  • Design automation solutions and in coordination with business tool owners, ensure their proper implementation
  • Collaborate with sales and finance leadership on forecasting and planning processes
  • Provide analytics and insights on key business, sales, and marketing initiatives
  • Recommend action plans based on analyses and assessments


Requirements

  • 3 years of previous Sales Ops required
  • Experience with Sales Process best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • A self-motivated individual with attention to detail and focus on quality of results


Great if you also have any of the following

  • The ideal candidate will have a combination of:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or revenue operations at a software/SaaS company
  • Admin-level SFDC certifications
  • Experience with a BI tool - e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Domo
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field
