Your role:

A highly skilled Finance & Operations Manager with solid business and finance understanding who will be reporting to the VP of Operations and will play a pivotal part in our Business Operations team by:

• Being responsible for all financial planning and controlling processes and complete management reporting in a timely manner
• Overseeing the consolidation of the businesses at global results in a timely manner through adherence to the company’s internal / external guidelines

• Analyzing budget, forecast deviations and preparing reporting packages

• Developing financial tools to measure business performance and translating financial data into business insights
• Partnering with business leaders to support and adopt quarterly forecasts and milestones

• Compiling and analyzing financial reports and identifying trends that require senior management’s attention especially on financial data from balance sheet and cash flow statements

• Conducting options appraisals, presenting findings, recommendations and actionable insights to decision makers
• Being the conduit between leadership, accounting and financial advisors to produce accurate and timely financial and management reporting packages for review meetings
