Your role:
As a highly skilled Head of Product, you will work closely with the CTO and lead the Product team:
- Defining and communicating the product vision to help teams work towards common goals;
- Maintaining a customer-focused product roadmap via close collaboration with senior leadership;
- Leading the design of new product offerings;
- Managing the execution from ideation to launch of product offerings, ensuring stable and effective product operations;
- Supervising the prioritization of product features;
- Managing the partnership with engineering, design, clinical, marketing and project management teams to deliver high-quality features that increase user value;
- Managing the performance goals for the product team and ensuring the achievement of key results;
- Mentoring product team members to develop their professional skills;
- Fostering a culture of continuous employee growth.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most:
- 8+ years of experience in product management or product development, preferably including experience in fast-growing tech startups;
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering or related fields will be considered a plus);
- Experience in software development processes and cycles, agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum);
- Experience in collaborating with various departments and teams inside and outside the organization;
- Experience in managing teams;
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Positive energy and can-do mentality.
