Position Summary:

This role would report to the Talent Enablement Director on the People Experience team at EarnIn. In this role, you would support the coordination of talent management programs, including but not limited to: Performance, Engagement and Learning and Development. At EarnIn, the organization is focused on Raising the Talent bar and the Talent Enablement Manager is on the forefront of those initiatives.

This position will be based in Mexico City, Mexico. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.

What You'll Do:

Supporting these initiatives and the Talent Enablement Director, the Organizational Effectiveness Specialist will:

  • Embody EarnIn’s Values, focus on business goals, and build People Experience Team practices to enable programs that align with employee experience and business need
  • Program Management:
    • Oversee end-to-end learning programs, from conceptualization to evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader talent development strategies
  • Vendor Management:
    • Build relationships with learning vendors to ensure successful partnerships
    • Manage learning program implementation with the vendor
    • Prepare for and support contract renewals when appropriate
  • Content Development:
    • Develop engaging and effective learning materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learner needs
    • Utilize industry best practices to design and enhance instructional content, incorporating various formats and delivery methods
  • Draft, edit and prepare communications, reports and other materials using GSuite and/or other systems
  • Communicate performance, engagement and learning and development opportunities across the organization
  • Establish collaborative relationships with People Experience Team Members and other cross-functional partners
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual development initiatives
  • Create and maintain progress and evaluation reports for appropriate programs
  • Serve as a EarnIn Values ambassador in the Mexico City Office
  • Support performance, engagement, and learning systems administration

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 years+ Masters Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or a related degree focus area and/or relevant working experience
  • Proactive and able to adapt to a changing environment
  • The ability to adjust to new tasks, actions or projects based on circumstances
  • The ability to convey information to others based on the audience’s written or verbal communication
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work and think about future priorities
  • Skills in using logic and reasoning to assess various solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • A passion for organizational effectiveness and learning and development work
  • An understanding of the principles and procedures for people-related areas like recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations and negotiation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be detailed oriented
