Leading brands like Caden Lane, Caraway, Dagne Dover, Sol de Janeiro, and Liquid I.V. use Disco to cross-sell to each other’s customer bases, acquiring net new, high LTV customers.
We've raised $26 million in funding from established investors (Felicis Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Shopify, Sugar Capital, RiverPark Ventures, and Indicator Ventures). Since 2021, we have expanded our network to 1000+ brands, serving product recommendations to 106M+ shoppers & supporting $42B in e-commerce transactions.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join Disco and strengthen our sales pipeline by connecting with the best consumer and retail brands in the industry. You’ll play a critical role in developing relationships, understanding brands’ unique needs, and effectively communicating how Disco can accelerate their growth. As an SDR, you’ll have a chance to sharpen your sales skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
You’ll report directly to our VP of Sales and collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly metrics for booked meetings and qualified leads.
- Curate and manage a target list of consumer and retail brands that would benefit from Disco’s products.
- Research and craft personalized outreach campaigns to invite new brands to join Disco’s network.
- Engage inbound leads across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Support Disco’s Account Executives in account mapping, research, and outreach.
- Keep detailed records of interactions with leads in our CRM (HubSpot).
Experience & Expertise
- 1+ years of proven success in a demand generation role.
- Experience with SaaS and/or Product-led Growth companies preferred.
- Proficiency with any major CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Quick learner, able to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and resilient through setbacks.
Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000
OTE: $100,000–$110,000
