About the team
Dialpad’s Data Analysts bring together business expertise and advanced analytics skills to enable business teams to identify improvement opportunities that translate into new opportunities and experiments. In this role, you’ll combine research, data science, data storytelling and experimental design (i.e A/B Testing) to create insights that contribute to the business team’s resolution making process.
Your Role
As a Customer Experience Data Analyst, you’ll own the advanced analytics roadmap to support the customer experience team. You’ll work closely with Retention Managers and Customer Support Managers to perform exploratory data analysis to understand the drivers of the team’s key performance indicators. You’ll also help create predictive models in diverse scenarios (e.g cross sell models, adoption models, churn models, etc.).
What you’ll do
- Own the advanced analytics roadmap to support the business team
- Make proactive suggestions on flow improvements based on the findings from running exploratory data analysis and experiments
- Partner with Product Managers to design experiments and monitor the impacts on existing KPIs. You are also expected to suggest the creation of new KPIs as needed
Skills you’ll bring
- Fluent with data and visualization technologies
- +3 years of experience as Data Analyst
- Experience with descriptive and inferential statistics (ie You are able to tell stories from data and perform statistical tests)
- Fluent in SQL (i.e able to join data from multiple sources to create a dataset that can then be assessed)
