We’re looking for an inspiring and innovative Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in creating next generation learning initiatives that not only align with our strategic goals but also spark a vibrant learning culture. With our Docebo-powered Learning Management System (LMS) as your canvas, you’ll craft engaging eLearning content and help establish it as the heart of our learning ecosystem. Beyond this, you’ll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in company-wide people programs, including engagement surveys, performance reviews, and development initiatives. You will
- Elevate the LMS experience and ignite eLearning
- Transform our LMS into a seamless, intuitive platform that excites and engages users.
- Design eLearning modules that are not just educational but unforgettable, leveraging innovative instructional design.
- Continuously analyze program impact, ensuring alignment with performance goals and driving continuous improvement.
- Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and liaising with vendors to ensure a flawless LMS experience.
- Deliver programs that drive impact
- Bring learning to life by delivering programs like onboarding, technical training, and leadership development with flair and precision.
- Lead and enhance organization-wide initiatives such as engagement surveys and performance reviews, ensuring they are impactful and efficient.
- Partner with stakeholders to co-create solutions that meet both employee aspirations and organizational objectives.
- Gather feedback and data to measure success, using insights to fine-tune and elevate learning experiences.
- Shape leadership and drive growth
- Build future-ready leaders through innovative development programs tailored to equip managers and emerging talent with essential skills.
- Continuously iterate and enhance leadership initiatives to keep them fresh, relevant, and effective.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify high-potential talent and create tailored development pathways that ensure succession readiness.
- Collaborate, communicate and influence
- Partner closely with People Experience (PX) and team leaders to uncover and address learning needs.
- Clearly articulate program goals, progress, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Share the impact of L&D initiatives through regular updates, celebrating successes and highlighting opportunities for growth.
You have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in L&D, with a focus on LMS management and eLearning development.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience designing and executing leadership and management development programs.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ideally similar experience in the tech industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Certification in instructional design, eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), or coaching would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with data analytics to assess program effectiveness would also be desirable.
