How you can help make a better world of work
The Platform Camp at Culture Amp is currently looking for a Delivery Manager as part of their leadership team. This role reports to the Director of Engineering.
In this role you will be responsible for defining and refining a delivery framework and operating rhythm for the Platform camp learning from the success and failures of the current system. This work needs to be done in collaboration with various stakeholders including the directors of engineering and product as well as others.
You will need to develop the delivery capability within the camp through coaching, training and continuous improvement. This includes supporting the Team Leads to grow as delivery leaders and guiding the engineers with a focus on high performance delivery teams.
The Delivery Manager is also responsible for supporting delivery coordination, monitoring and reporting within their camp, including delivery planning, stakeholder management, identifying and addressing issues, removing roadblocks, risk management, managing multi-team initiatives, managing dependencies and facilitating efficient delivery processes.

You will
- Engage senior leadership and business partners to support the team objectives, goals and operating model
- Develop and lead the Camp Delivery capability, putting in place the systems, processes and ways of working to sustain a high performing team, where skill development, increased agility, collaboration and improved ways of working are key to delivery success.
- Evolve and continually improve the interdependencies between business models and operating practices, integrating iterative, and agile delivery models into one cohesive delivery strategy to best meet the evolving business needs.
- Instil a learning culture to continuously inspect and adapt methodology and efficiency
- Manages and optimises the flow of value through the camp and organisation
- Foster collaboration between teams, both inside Technology and with key stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate relentless improvement for the camp and organisation
You have
- Demonstrated capability delivering projects and complex programs of work
- Proven experience implementing successful project and team governance that enabled impactful business outcomes
- Experience running a governance program and being able to quantify the impact
- Superior ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and work well across disparate business units

- A strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying opportunities that present the biggest wins!
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast paced changing environments
- Great at communicating with both technical and non-technical people
- Thorough & Meticulous
- Excellent at identifying problems that have the highest value for stakeholders
