Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Accounts Receivable Officer to join us in our mission to make as many culture-first companies possible through accessible people analytics. You will support all aspects of the Accounts Receivable process to enable efficient execution of all customer enquiries, customer billing, and debt collection activities across Culture Amp’s operations.

This position is a 9 month fixed-term (full time) contract.

What you’ll spend time doing:

  • Engaging with the Accounts mailbox daily, resolving customer queries and requests.
  • Maintaining & completing new vendor forms & customer portals
  • Applying cash payments received from customers to accounts.
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders’ invoicing and account enquiries and providing assistance as needed,
  • Generating, verifying and distributing customer invoices
  • Maintaining accounts receivable records & systems, identifying and escalating errors found in SFDC, NetSuite and reporting them to relevant personnel
  • Assisting in other accounts related activities (i.e. supplying information for audits, generating receivables reports, analysis for management reporting etc) and, in general, administrative duties as required
  • Assisting with overdue debts and liaising with internal stakeholders and external customers to facilitate collection
  • Reviewing & sending customer statements so that customers are kept informed of current outstanding balances
  • Contributing to ongoing improvement of Accounts Receivable processes, procedures and systems, including actively participating in projects as required.
  • Assisting with month-end tasks including reviews & reconciliations

What you’ll potentially bring to the table:

  • Previous knowledge and experience in accounts receivable and general finance
  • Experience in a high volume transaction environment, handling multiple customers at once
  • Attention to detail and the propensity to self review
  • Ownership and responsibility, confidence to admit mistakes and learn from them
  • Strong communication skills
  • An understanding of the 'Culture First' mentality (i.e. team player, etc)
  • Managing time and competing priorities
  • (preferred but not essential) Global billing and application of different taxes, i.e. various countries and currencies
  • (preferred but not essential) Experience using Netsuite and Salesforce
