We are looking for an experienced Senior People Operations Partner to join our global People Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring our People Operations function runs smoothly and efficiently in EMEA (UK & Germany) and supports the overall success of our mission-driven company.

Our POps mission is to build a better world of work for our Campers.

As the EMEA Senior People Operations Partner, you will report to the Lead People Operations Partner in Australia. This role will also work closely with our global People team (NA & APAC) and Org Operations teams such as Finance, Legal, Security and Technology. You will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding, HRIS management, Camper relations, UK benefits administration, EMEA leaves of absence and compliance and reporting. You will play a critical role in shaping our People policies and processes, optimizing our HR systems, and mentoring junior People team members.

To be successful in this role, you will have held a similar Senior HR Generalist/HR Operations role with versatile experience in a midsize organization. You bring global operational expertise, ensuring we meet regional requirements, and we have the foundational building blocks for scale. You are hands-on, and can work independently with some level of ambiguity, navigating across time-zones (join some evening calls) to work cross functionally.

As a member of our global People & Experience team, you will:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within People Operations, implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of People policies and processes to align with our organizational goals.
  • Act as a resource for our EMEA Campers seeking assistance with HR-related matters such as onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration and leaves of absence.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data in our HRIS (BambooHR).
  • Maintain a working knowledge of EMEA employment law and legislative changes, compliance filings, and all other regulations that may impact our people practices.
  • Execute on EMEA compliance reporting and auditing activity.
  • Collaborate and align with our POps colleagues in the US and Australia to ensure consistency where possible at a global level.
  • Liaise with our People Partners on Camper matters and provide training and support on POps processes.
  • Liaise with our Org Operations teams to ensure proper handling of life-cycle changes for our Campers.
  • Liaise with our Sr POps Partner on EMEA mobility cases.

You will bring:

  • 3+ years of proven HR operations experience, where you may have taken on more complex problems or led small projects within your team.
  • Strong proficiency of UK employment law and regulations (Germany a plus) and development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Enduring curiosity and passion for people and culture.
  • Experience in adapting to ambiguity and spearheading initiatives independently.
  • Experience with HRIS management (BambooHR is a plus).
  • Experience within a comparable, high growth environment (i.e. scaling company).
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, taking initiative to move projects forward, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • A reputation as a trusted advisor, with integrity and discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, with a high level of organization skills.
  • High motivation with an eagerness to support and drive results.

Thank you for taking the time to read this advert. If you decide to apply, as part of your application, we will ask you to complete voluntary diversity questions (excluding Germany).
