About the role

As the SDR, you will help drive the entire company forward by bringing our software to new customers while educating existing accounts about new products. Criya is a SaaS platform that caters to Senior to executive level industry professionals to streamline their coaching initiatives. The Expert Circle by Criya has taken over LinkedIn by storm, with leaders from the largest organizations launching their 1-1 coaching, live classes and building their professional brand on the platform. As the SDR, you will serve as the single point of contact between our Expert Circle members (customers) and helping them have a fantastic onboarding experience.

As an SDR, you will manage the development of outreach and customer service strategies to enhance the our brand and expand their outreach. You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for supplying the customers with superior customer service initiatives. You will make Criya known as the best place for Senior Executives to develop their professional brands, and build powerful relationships.

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of combined experience across account management, sales, customer service, and business consulting
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to close small and large deals
  • High level of project management and organizational skills
  • You’ll take on newer responsibilities as we grow, take on new challenges to do more, every single day
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • History of excellent performance: We truly don’t care about what school you went to or the company you last worked at. We do, however, care deeply about a history of excellence in 1 or 2 things you’ve done before BONUS POINTS for Experience going from 0 → 1 and 1 → 100 in a startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a professional, trusting relationship with the account through consistent feedback, creative solutions to outreach challenges, and maintaining the integrity of their professional brand
  • Handhold the customer from onboarding till they are officially launched
  • Create SEO ready copy and graphic design to help them create attractive coaching and mentoring offers
  • Maintain the pipeline by doing regular outreach on LinkedIn and other channels
  • Development and implementation of outreach, conversion and customer success strategies
