  • Drive team-wide impact through mentorship, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

Your Background:

  • 7+ years of hands-on product design and UX experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional product experiences and a portfolio of successful design projects.
  • Experience designing B2B products, showcasing an understanding of enterprise-level user needs and workflows. Bonus points for experience designing tools that optimize user workflows and enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Data-driven and able to utilize a mix of qualitative user research and quantitative data to inform decisions and design solutions.
  • High standard for design craft, with expertise in visual design to enhance overall product aesthetics.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly skilled in Figma and other industry-standard design and prototyping software.
  • Knowledgeable in HTML/CSS, front-end technologies, and Design Systems to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
  • Naturally curious with a drive to push boundaries and explore the possibilities, thriving in ambiguity.
