Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is comfortable developing both back-end and front-end applications, as well as mobile solutions. While experience with specific technologies like React for web and Flutter for mobile is beneficial, the key qualification is a strong ability to learn, adapt, and master new tools. In this role, you will drive technical innovation by contributing to all phases of product development, from design through deployment, ensuring our solutions are robust, user-friendly, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development:
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable back-end services and applications.
  • Develop responsive and engaging web applications, with experience in modern front-end frameworks preferred.
  • Contribute to mobile app development, leveraging frameworks such as Flutter or the technology best suited to the task.
• Cross-Platform Integration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services, third-party APIs, and data platforms that support comprehensive digital solutions.
• Adaptability & Learning:
  • Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and development practices, and quickly integrate them into the product when it brings value.
  • Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentorship & Collaboration:
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through robust testing practices, code reviews, and best practices in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in backend development with languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js, and a solid understanding of server-side logic and database management.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
• Exposure to mobile development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native) is a plus; however, a willingness and ability to learn are more important than current proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable software architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving technical challenges.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to new platforms, frameworks, and technologies to meet project demands.
