Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work. What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Partnership Identification: Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities within the B2B sector, including industry associations, resellers, technology partners, and influencers.
  • Partnership Development: Develop and nurture relationships with key partners, negotiating and structuring agreements that align with Canva's strategic objectives and drive mutual value.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and customer success, to develop and execute partnership strategies that support Canva's B2B growth initiatives.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment on goals, and timely resolution of issues or concerns.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of partnership initiatives, analyzing data and insights to optimize partnership performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to inform partnership strategies

You're probably a match if

  • Partnership Experience: You have proven experience in partnership development and management, particularly within the B2B or SaaS industry.
  • Relationship Building Skills: You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Negotiation Skills: You have excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborative Approach: You have demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and drive results.
  • Analytical Abilities: You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform partnership strategies and decision-making.
  • Strategic Thinker: You have a strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and drive initiatives forward to achieve desired outcomes.

Comprising dedicated professionals in product marketing, customer marketing, campaigns, field marketing, events, and execution, this dynamic team is committed to pioneering innovative strategies that propel Canva to the forefront of the industry. With a focus on engaging and expanding our enterprise customer base, our B2B Marketing Group leverages cutting-edge techniques, impactful campaigns, and strategic event planning to drive growth and enable us to hit our ambitious ARR goals.

At Canva we value fairness, and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation whilst ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $195,000 - $298,000. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
