Senior Product Manager, Identification
We’re looking for a Product Development leader to fuel the next stage of Bluecore’s rapid growth by owning the end-to-end Product Development and launch the next generation of Bluecore’s Identification product offering, as well as new product investments. A successful candidate will be curious, analytical, problem solver, customer-focused and able to build a competitive and differentiated product. The leader will successfully partner with Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams, to drive execution, launch and adoption.
This role will be focusing in on our Identification product. Identification isn't just about recognizing a shopper by email or phone number, it's about connecting the dots between past behaviors and future interactions.

With Bluecore, you'll harness the power of first-party identification strategies. Our transparent ID offering is built on a foundation of first-party techniques, including our cutting-edge javascript snippet, precision purchase pixel, expansive transparent ID network, dynamic lead capture campaigns, and seamless email appends. With Bluecore ID network, every interaction becomes an opportunity to deepen customer relationships and drive conversions.
The Role:
- Own the full product life cycle of a new product line including requirements gathering, story writing & functional spec’ing, maintaining the backlog, prioritization, and roadmap, Guiding design team and engineering- Go-to-market- Enhancement, etc.
- Serve as an SME for Email and Lifecycle Marketing, with a specific focus on building and developing ID products that increase addressability, 1P ID and reach. Unifying customer needs with market trends and profitability to define product vision and strategy
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and Product Marketing to support bringing products to market and drive adoption
- Work closely with Product Marketing to leverage product feedback, analyze industry trends, and synthesize product requests into roadmap planning
- Analyze and track competitive threats and trends within the industry and provide strategic evaluation for key competitors
- Creativity and independence is encouraged – with personal leadership on owned projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Extensive experience building MarTech products with a specific focus on Lifecycle Marketing and Identification; knowledge of Javascript and hands on experience with Analytics is a big plus
- 5+ years of Product Management experience preferentially with SaaS products and/ or B2B Products
- Alternatively, 7+ years in CDP, Identity resolution, general retail marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, ad tech, data or data product monetization
- Strong strategic thinking and market thinking skills
- Ability to adapt and deliver in fast-moving environment
- Possess a natural empathy for the users
- Self-starter who is comfortable working with ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Salary Range
Salary Range: $170k to $190K
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Bluecore. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Bluecorians. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Bluecore to land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
