About the Role:

As Director, Implementations, you will be a leader directly contributing to Atlas Health growth and helping maintain our position as an innovative authority in patient advocacy.

A key goal of the Implementations Director is to serve as a liaison between Atlas Health and health system partners, working through technical specifications and requirements and provide consultative expertise to clients interpreting published data requirements.

What You will do:

  • Serve as an experienced coach to analysts, project managers, and other resources across Atlas, bringing forward and deploying creative ideas and efforts towards process and methodology evolution

  • Build and develop project plans to ensure maximum performance: providing purpose, direction, and motivation to internal and external stakeholders and resources
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
  • Prepare and present progress updates to appropriate executive and operational stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring the highest levels of internal and external customer satisfaction are achieved
  • Establish and maintain relationships at all levels of client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
  • Manage contracts with partners by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Proactively identify active and latent project barriers and lead problem-solving exercises across client and internal teams to address and mitigate
  • Lead regular meetings with client and internal teams to support both individual project progress and cross-project initiatives
  • Structure and manage an integrated, multi-track project performance database with an eye on cross-team execution and performance improvement identification
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, and specifications

What You will bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of healthcare pharmacy and/or revenue cycle experience working with large-scale provider data sets – including technologies and terminology for data transformation
  • Project management experience in technology and healthcare, strong workplan development and strategic project leadership skills
  • Direct experience working with healthcare information technology, preferably in consulting, client success, or implementation role
  • Proven success developing strong client relationships, including at the executive level
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication & presentation skills across varied audiences
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with developing detailed project plans and delivering projects on-time
