These parties may include manufacturer funded independent charities (DBAFs), manufacturer affiliated charities (Pfizer Foundation, etc.), manufacturers that administer their own Programs, vendors hired by manufacturers to administer Programs and independent charities that may sponsor specific offerings.
- Work with the Chief Program Officer to identify and evaluate opportunities to automate the development and maintenance of the Program Database (PDB). This includes automation that is necessary to prepare claim and enrollment submission will be fed into the External Automation processes described above (API’s etc.) The goal is to ensure that the PDB can support the automation of Patient Advocate workflows and other workflows that may be developed.
- Identify sources of Program data that can be used to test the completeness and accuracy of Program Database entries.
- Develop processes to match Program Database records to these sources and identify opportunities to add new Programs to the PDB. There are several sources of Program data including both drug and non-drug programs.
- Specify and manage processes to import Program data from third parties and create Program entries in the Program Database that are compliant with standards used to enter Program records in the PDB.
- Act as a liaison between Customer Success and the Programs Department to ensure that data sets received from Customers contain specific data required to drive the automation of Atlas’ processes, including matching patients to Programs, as well as the creation of Enrollment and Claim submissions.
- Work with the Chief Programs Officer to expand the PDB to include non-drug and retail drug programs.
What You bring to the table:
- Experience working with the delivery of healthcare technology solutions into Hospitals and Health Systems, Provider Revenue Cycle Management, and/or pharmaceutical assistance programs.
- Experience with business process automation, database and data management and healthcare automated systems.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior-level and operational technical and non-technical professionals.
