As the HR Generalist, you will partner with People Operations, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience, along with Alloy’s Finance and Legal teams, to ensure the seamless continuation and constant improvement of HR processes and policies.

As the HR Generalist you will:

  • Collaborate with the wider Alloy People Team to develop and execute strategic HR programs such as success planning, performance management initiatives, job leveling, retention, and employee training.
  • Own the auditing and continual improvement of HR policy and processes across all business groups; ensuring compliance with labor laws as Alloy expands within the US and internationally.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights - partner with HRBP’s to deliver talent strategy to senior stakeholders.
  • Become an expert on Alloy’s compensation best practices; including but not limited to salary, incentive plans, equity and other total rewards.
  • Be a thought partner for Employee Experience to help develop and roll out strategic initiatives around culture, DE&I, onboarding, and more.
  • Approach all work with a mindset that prioritizes DE&I - understanding and building a workplace that can support a diverse team with inclusive policies and empathic support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees for all HR-related questions and requests.

Who we’re looking for

  • We’re looking for a thoughtful partner who has mastered the art of using processes, data, and stories to build a culture that puts people first.

    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
    • A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, capable of putting ideas into practice and assessing the results.
    • Ability to influence decision-makers and work collaboratively.
    • Expert in Excel and Google Sheets; deep familiarity with HR analytics tools/technologies; ability to manipulate and interpret data to produce insights and recommendations.
    • Administrative familiarity with some of the following platforms: Rippling, Lattice, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, Carta, and Comprehensive.
    • Expert knowledge in some of the following functional areas: HR compliance, compensation, payroll, employee relations, people analytics, and leave administration.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • HRCI/SHRM or other HR certifications are required.

We're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately and opportunities for growth are abundant at our scaling company. If this all sounds like a good fit for you, why not join us?
